County Auctions is proud to offer a no quibble refund guarantee should you not be satisfied with your items. However, the following restrictions apply to this guarantee.
- Items listed in our Collections & Mixed Lots category are exempt from our no quibble refund guarantee. No refunds or exchanges can be made for items purchased from this category.
- Discount postage items are exempt from our no quibble refund guarantee. Our discount postage items are ex Royal Mail Swapout scheme and are guaranteed genuine.
- Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from receipt of your package. If 7 days have passed since you received your lots we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a refund or a credit on your return, your item(s) must be received by us in the same condition that you received them.
Shipping returns
If you wish to return your product contact county@stampauctions.co.uk in the first instance to receive instructions on how to package, what return postage service to use and where to send your return.
Unless there has been a shipping error by us, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned items, we will be in touch to arrange a refund or credit depending on individual circumstances.
