County Auctions is proud to offer a no quibble refund guarantee should you not be satisfied with your items. However, the following restrictions apply to this guarantee.

  1. Items listed in our Collections & Mixed Lots category are exempt from our no quibble refund guarantee. No refunds or exchanges can be made for items purchased from this category.
  2. Discount postage items are exempt from our no quibble refund guarantee. Our discount postage items are ex Royal Mail Swapout scheme and are guaranteed genuine.
  3. Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from receipt of your package. If 7 days have passed since you received your lots we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
  4. To be eligible for a refund or a credit on your return, your item(s) must be received by us in the same condition that you received them.

Shipping returns

If you wish to return your product contact county@stampauctions.co.uk in the first instance to receive instructions on how to package, what return postage service to use and where to send your return.

Unless there has been a shipping error by us, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned items, we will be in touch to arrange a refund or credit depending on individual circumstances.
